Rahul Sekon

Rahul Sekhon is a transformation leader with a track record of designing client, service and employee experiences with speed, innovation and quality. Over a 25-year career in financial services and technology firms, Rahul has led multiple executive roles in strategy, engineering, sales and operations.

Rahul was the Global CTO at Sun Life and was a trailblazer in leading the organization’s cloud, data and digital transformation. Rahul is known for his “hands-on” approach to problem solving and for humanizing change through cultural and talent transformation.

Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA. He was one of the executive leads of Sun Life’s diversity & inclusion program and was recognized by the Women of Influence for enhancing inclusion in the workplace. Rahul is married and a proud father of two exceptional daughters who inspire him to raise awareness about inequality and climate change. In his spare time, Rahul likes to volunteer, read, focus on fitness, and experiment with technology.
